Welcome to Piguet’s, Simon's Town!
Piguet’s Self-catering Guesthouse is located on a hillside above the quaint naval village of Simon’s Town, situated in Cape Town's splendidly scenic Southern Peninsula. With all rooms being both north- and sea-facing, this homely and welcoming establishment offers magnificent views of the whole of False Bay.
A short walk down the hill will take you into Simon's Town, where there are numerous restaurants, museums and shops to visit.
The area also offers a wonderful range of natural attractions. Whales arrive in False Bay every spring, and may be seen clearly from the shore or from one of the whale-watching charter boats based in the harbour. The world famous penguin colony at Boulders Beach is also just a short walk away.
Further afield is the beautiful Cape Point Nature Reserve, which makes a wonderful start to a scenic tour of the southern peninsula, taking in Scarborough, Kommetjie, Noordhoek, and returning via Muizenberg and Kalk Bay, where you could pamper yourself with a treatment at the local spa!
All of these areas boast a wide assortment of eateries to satisfy your passion for food. Other nearby destinations include Chapman’s Peak, Hout Bay and the Constantia winelands, where again you will be spoiled for choice when selecting somewhere to eat.
